Why results differ

A server can be reachable over home broadband and unavailable over mobile data because the paths and network policies differ. This does not automatically mean that the server is down.

An open TCP port is not a complete profile test. TLS negotiation, certificate checks, transport negotiation, VLESS authorization, DNS, and outbound routing still follow.

Checks in order

• Verify internet access with VPN disabled.
• Refresh the subscription and confirm the profile list loads.
• Use automatic date and time.
• Check address, SNI, path, port, and transport.
• Try another profile from the same subscription.
• Compare Wi-Fi and mobile data.
• Record the exact TLS, DNS, timeout, or connection error.

Service-side actions

A service can maintain independent routes, monitor certificates, remove failed profiles, and test client compatibility. It cannot promise that every server remains reachable through every ISP.

A useful incident report includes exact time, ISP, region, app version, and profile name without exposing the UUID or subscription token.

Unsafe shortcuts

• Do not permanently disable TLS verification.
• Do not post subscription URLs publicly.
• Do not run multiple VPN apps simultaneously.
• Do not change every parameter at once.
• Do not treat ping as a complete application-level test.
