- Payment ID, status, amount, and plan; card details are not received by the service.
- IP address, User-Agent, device information, and HWID when a subscription is accessed.
- Referral source, UTM tags, landing page, and an anonymous cookie identifier used to measure registrations and payments.
- Request time, technical traffic totals, and diagnostic errors.
Retention and purpose
Product and authentication events are normally retained for up to 90 days; HWID metrics for up to 30 days. Data supports security, troubleshooting, payment verification, and service operation.
