Subscription is not updating
A refresh error concerns access to the subscription URL, subscription state, or client cache. It does not by itself mean that VPN nodes are offline.

Check access
- Confirm that the subscription is active in the account.
- Copy the URL again without modifying its token.
- Test the subscription host without VPN.
- Compare Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Refresh safely
Run a manual refresh. If the app keeps a stale list, remove only the subscription entry and import the same URL again. Do not rotate the key until access is verified because rotation disables the old URL on every device.
Read the error
- 401 or 403: verify access time and token.
- TLS error: verify device time and the subscription certificate.
- Timeout: verify DNS and route to the subscription host.
- List loaded but profile failed: troubleshoot the node connection.
